Sunnyside Manor
Built in 1912 as Sunnyside Hospital, and converted since into somewhere you would actually want to gather sixteen people. It sits on the Crow River with its own dock, a fire pit, and a deck wide enough for all of you — the New London water ski show passes in full view. Downtown is a walk away: coffee, dinner, shopping and a brewery.

- Bedroom 3 has a trundle — one twin bed pulls out from under the other.
- Bedrooms 4 and 5 are on separate floors with the stairs between them, and there is no door dividing them.
- The full bed in bedroom 5 is a pull-out futon.
- Beach towels are in the main floor bathroom.
